Our Home Health Aides provide the hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living that help clients to remain in their homes.
A Home Health Aide may perform simple, helpful tasks under the supervision of a nurse or therapist. They may also include medication reminders for those who are prone to forget them. Depending on the client’s needs and the individualized care plan that is developed, these services may include helping the client move around or exercise.
- Ideal for client’s who, for medical reasons, need a higher level of care than Personal Care.
- Typical duties range from grooming and dressing to assisting with ambulation and utilizing safety equipment.
