Managing Your Care
Greater Boston Home Health Services is dedicated to providing excellent home care to your elder loved ones. Managing and putting care in place in a timely manner is imperative to us. If necessary or requested, we will set up an in-person assessment with our Registered Nurse (RN). Assessments are not required for Homemaker or Companion services. For Private Personal Care or Home Health Aide care Nursing assessments are also not required. However, if the family or health team wishes, we will send our nurse out to perform an assessment.
Depending on the circumstances the entire process – from intake to the start of services – usually takes no more than a week and in many instances is completed even sooner. For more Questions to Ask, visit out FAQs page.
