- Have you traveled to a COVID-19-affected area (outside of U.S) in the past 14 days?

- Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 or told by a healthcare provider that you may or do have COVID-19?
Along these lines, we ask that all clients and/or client representatives ask themselves the same questions and notify Greater Boston Home Health Care immediately if they, or someone they live with, is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
